Wichtig: Für das große Winter Update 0.10 werden die Server um 17Uhr deutscher Zeit heruntergefahren, um den Patch aufzuspielen. Das sollte ca. 2 Stunden dauern.

 


Neues Ranking System


Bereits im Matchmaking Update berichtete ich über Änderungen am gesamten Ranking System. Hier noch einmal eine kurze Zusammenfassung:

  • Teamrating und Solo Rating, je nachdem welches Skill Level ihr bzw. du hast. Beides wird unabhängig gewertet
  • Team wird automatisch gebildet, sobald du in einer Liga mit einer Gruppe spielst
  • Ein Team begegnet ausschließlich einem anderen Team in der Warteschlange
  • Grades und ELO wurden durch Ligen und Divisonen ersetzt, Ligen sind in Divisionen unterteilt:

Zu Beginn jeder Saison (1. Saison dauert 2 Monate ab dem 14.12.2016) durchläufst du die Platzierungsphase

Bronze Liga (10 Divisionen):

Silber Liga (9 Divisionen):

Gold Liga (7 Divisionen):

Platin Liga (7 Divisionen):

Helden Liga (5 Divisionen):

Grand Champion (ohne Division):

 

 

 

 

Fortschritte führen zum Aufstieg in höhere Ligen, innerhalb der Ligen steigt ihr in den Divisionen auf, von 10 zu 1.


Saisonbasiertes Ranking


Ab morgen startet die erste Saison, sie heisst Arctic Winds. Die erste Saison dauert 2 Monate und am Ende der Saison gibt es Belohnungen, basierend auf dem höchsten erreichten Ranking in dieser Saison.

Grand Champions haben Zugang zu einem exklusiven Mount in der kommenden Saison und kann nur erhalten werden, wenn in der Vorsaison der Status Grand Champion erreicht wurde. Nach jeder Saison gibt es ein Soft-Reset und das Ranking wird zurückgesetzt. Dann müssen wieder Platzierungsspiele gemacht werden.

 

Sonstiges:

  • Es kann vorkommen, dass ihr manchmal auf Spielern aus anderen Ligen trefft, gewinnt ihr gegen höhere Gegner, bekommt ihr Bonus Rating nach einem Sieg. Verliert ihr, bekommt ihr keinen Abzug.
  • Du bekommst kein Rating Abzug, wenn du mit Mitspielern spielst die in der Platzierungsphase sind, du aber bereits in einer Liga.
  • Das gleiche gilt für Disconnects oder das Verlassen des Matches
  • Verlässt du vorzeitig ein Match, bekommst du eine Bestrafung
  • Während einer Saison kannst du nicht in eine niedrigere Liga absteigen

 


Kosmetische Items


Für eine bestimmte Zeit gibt es gefrorene Kisten, die du freischalten kannst, die garantierte kosmetische Winteritems beinhalten, zum Beispiel gefrorene Waffen, Outfits ect. Diese sind auch in normalen Kisten zu finden, dort ist die Chance aber wesentlich geringer.

Fähigkeiten & Battlerites (englisch):

  • Moth (M1)
    • Projectile attack that deals 8 damage on enemy hit and heals 8 health on ally hit. Inflicts Moth and heals you for 8 health.
  • Bloodsucker (M2)
    • Projectile attack that deals 30 damage on enemy hit, heals 30 health on ally hit and deals 15 damage to self. Cannot deal lethal damage to self. A Queen hit by Bloodsucker is instantly killed.
  • Infest (Space)
    • Lunge at enemies or allies to Infest them for up to 2s. Heals allies and self for 8 health. Infested enemies take 25% more damage and infested allies absorb 75% damage. Can be recasted to cancel the effect.
  • Queen (Q)
    • Summon a Queen that heals nearby allies for 16 health and 18 additional health over 5s. The Queen explodes after the duration, dealing 24 damage to nearby enemies. This effect does not occur if the Queen is killed by an enemy.
  • Arachnophobia (E)
    • Throw a spider egg that breaks on impact inflicting a 1.5s Panic on all nearby enemies.
  • Swarm (R)
    • Shield target ally. Swarm absorbs up to 24 damage and spreads Moth to nearby enemies if destroyed by damage.
  • Scarab Pack (F)
    • Summon and command 3 Scarabs to attack enemies or aid allies. A Scarab deals 24 damage on enemy hit and heals 24 health on ally hit. Scarabs stick to their target for a short duration dealing damage to enemies and healing allies.
  • Vomit (EX M2)
    • Cone attack that deals 8 damage, inflicts Moth and a 1,5s Root.
  • Brain Bug (EX E)
    • Throw a Brain Bug that infests the enemy allowing you to control its movement. Recast to order target to move in that direction.

Battlerites

Round 1

  • Colony
    • Landing Bloodsucker on a target affected by Moth causes it to spread to nearby enemies.
  • Scourge
    • Allows you to Infest an additional target.
  • Broodmother
    • Queen inflicts Panic on all nearby enemies when it explodes.

Round 2

  • Spores
    • Infest reduces damage and healing output of an enemy by 50% and increases the damage and healing output of an ally by 25%.
  • Egg Carrier
    • Arachnophobia bounces, causing another impact.
  • Hardened Carapace
    • The Queen is invulnerable for 1.5s and heals nearby allies for 12 health the first time it blocks damage.

Round 3

  • Disperse
    • Releasing an Infested enemy pushes it back in the opposite direction.
  • Hive Mind
    • You can recast Queen to command it to fly towards target location.
  • Insectivore
    • Bloodsucker consumes Moth dealing 6 bonus damage to enemy, healing 6 bonus health to ally and healing self for 6 health.

Round 4

  • Blight
    • The Queen slows nearby enemies movement speed by 30%.
  • Overlord
    • You move 5% faster for each nearby enemy or ally affected by Moth.
  • Defiler
    • Infest duration is increased by 0.75s.

Round 5

  • Lord of the Flies
    • Each active Scarab absorbs 15% of damage taken during Scarab Pack.
  • Blind Beetle
    • Scarab inflicts a Fading Blind that reduces enemy sight range by 90%. The effect wears off over the duration of Scarab.

Champion Änderungen (englisch):

Ezmo

Ezmo has several nifty tools but most of them have been overshadowed by his signature move – Chaos Grip. We’ve shifted some of this power to other abilities and Battlerites to encourage more diverse playstyles.

Core Changes

  • Chaos Grip
    • Knockback/Pushback location slightly tweaked. Enemies now end up slightly further away when hit.
    • Min damage increased from 6 to 10 and max damage reduced from 22 to 20.
    • Ezmo’s Chaos Grip now shows a range indicator effect to all players.
  • Arcane Barrier
    • Now instantly reloads all ammo when triggered if below 5 charges.

Battlerites

Round 1

  • (UPDATED) Disruption
    • Chaos Grip silences target hit for 0.5s to 1s depending on charge-up.
  • (UPDATED) Arcane Barrage
    • Arcane Barrier can be Recasted for 5 weapon charges to fire a projectile that deals 10 damage and heals you for 20 health. Can be recast as long as you have enough charges.
  • (UPDATED) Wreak Havoc
    • You gain 1 bonus weapon charge after using Displace and Arcane Fire attack speed increases by 30% until you reload.

Round 2

  • Undermine
    • Shackle reduces targets damage & healing output by 50% for 3s.
  • (NEW, old Wreak Havoc) Whizz
    • Using Displace grants a 60% fading haste that lasts 2s.
  • Warlock’s Grip
    • Chaos Grip range increases by up to 25% when fully charged.

Round 3

  • Exhaust
    • Landing 5 consecutive Arcane Fires inflicts a 2s Fading Snare.
  • (UPDATED, moved to Round 3) Spell Eater
    • Arcane Barrier grants double amount of charges and you are healed for 4 health for each gained charge.
  • (NEW) Bolted
    • After landing Shackle your Arcane Fire gains 50% increased range until you reload.

Round 4

  • Imp Rush
    • Arcane Barrier increases your movement speed by 50%.
  • Arcane Energy
    • Maximum Energy is increased by 25% and Arcane Fire hits grants 1% bonus energy.
  • Face Melt
    • Arcane Fire deals 2 bonus damage to enemies rooted by Shackle.

Round 5

  • Power Leash
    • Grimoire of Chaos leashes on to you restoring 2 Weapon Charges every 1s.
  • Life Leash
    • Grimoire of Chaos leashes on to nearby allies healing them for 10 health per second.

Iva

Granny got herself some shiny new tools.

Iva has lately become a bit overshadowed by some of the new ranged champions. With these changes we wanted to give granny a more defined role in the arena, and with that came some new tools and Battlerites that should allow more exciting plays.

Core Changes

  • ROCKET X-67 (M2)
    • Radius increased from 0.3 to 0.35.
  • Jetpack (Space)
    • Minimum travel distance has been slightly reduced.
  • Zap (Q)
    • Haste bonus reduced from 50% to 30%.
  • Tazer (E)
    • Tazer now dispels all positive effects from an enemy hit.
  • Machine Gun (F)
    • Can no longer be cancelled by Flame Thrower (EX M1).
  • Oil
    • Slow reduced from 30% to 25%.
    • Duration reduced from 4s to 3.5s.

Battlerites

Round 1

  • U-Turn
    • After using Jet Pack you can re-activate it to fly back.
  • Conductor
    • Tazer bounces towards one additional enemy.
  • (Changed place with Blast Shield) Stockpile
    • Rocket X-67 gains 1 ability charge.

Round 2

  • (Changed place with Rocket Boosters) Heavy Rocket
    • Direct Rocket X-67 hits deals 4 bonus damage and inflict a 1s Fading Snare.
  • (NEW) Oil Blaster
    • Your next Boomstick after using Jet Pack inflcits oil.
  • (Changed place with Stockpile) Blast Shield
    • Zap knocks nearby enemies back and further increases movement speed by 30%.

Round 3

  • Hyperspeed
    • Zap increases your Boomstick attack speed by 25%.
  • (Changed place with Heavy Rocket) Rocket Boosters
    • Jet Pack increases movement speed by 65% for 2s.
  • (NEW) Tractor Pulse
    • Tractor Beam stuns all enemies caught in the beam for 1s when the effect ends and cooldown is reduced by 5s.

Round 4

  • (Moved to Round 4) Durable Shield
    • Zap absorbs 12 more damage.
  • Extra Shell
    • Boomstick ammo increased from 3 to 4.
  • (UPDATED)Gunge
    • Oil further reduces movement speed by 10% and duration increases by 1s.

Round 5

  • Stability
    • Machine Gun grants a shield that absorbs up to 30 damage over its duration.
  • (NEW) All Systems Operational
    • Machine Gun fires oil on all nearby enemies and launches a Rocket X-67 after firing the last bullet.

Pearl

The spoilt brat has received some changes, but don’t worry, she is still as painfully arrogant as she was before. We’re in discussion about how we could nerf her voice lines…

A big issue with Pearl has been her very one-sided battlerite alternatives and that is what we primarily aim to fix with this update.

  • Volatile Water (M1)
    • Knockback from charged Volatile Water hits no longer scales with distance and now always does a minor knockback.
    • Silence Duration from charged Volatile Water hits reduced from 1.2s to 1s.
  • Dive (Space)
    • The “Power of the Deep” battlerite has been incorporated in her Core Kit – Dive now always recharges your staff.
    • Dive no longer deals area damage.
  • Tidal Wave (Q)
    • No longer charges your staff when triggered.

  • (NEW) Ocean Tide
    • Diving into a Bubble Barrier destroys the bubble and resets the cooldown of Dive.
  • (NEW) Rippling Waters
    • Firing Volatile Water through a Bubble Barrier increases travel distance by 25% and damage by 4.
  • (NEW) Gush
    • Tidal Wave recharges your staff when triggered.

Round 2

  • (Moved to Round 2) Ocean Sage
    • Bubble Barrier can be recast within 1.5s to spawn a lesser Bubble.
  • Splash Damage
    • Empowered Volatile Water deals splash damage and inflicts Silence on all enemies hit.
  • (NEW) Spring Water
    • Dive heals self for 6 health and nearby allies for 12 health when emerging from the deep.

Round 3

  • (NEW) Riptide
    • Dive deals 8 damage and inflicts a 1s Root.
  • (UPDATED) Tasty Fish
    • Bubble Barrier spawns a tasty fish in the center of the bubble that heals 8 health and increases damage output by 20% for 3s when picked up.

    • Tidal Wave spawns a lesser Bubble Barrier around you when triggered.

Round 4

  • (Moved to Round 4) Fountain
    • Healing Wave projectiles bounces to the nearest ally healing them for 6 health.
  • (Moved to Round 4) Waterwalk
    • Walking through a Bubble Barrier increases your movement speed by 50%.
  • Soaking Wet
    • The Silence duration from a charged Volatile Water is increased from 1s to 1.5s.

Round 5

  • (NEW) Terror of the Deep
    • Jaws’ maximum spew range increases by 25% and enemies are slowed by 33% for 2.5s when they land.
  • (NEW) Crushing Waves
    • An enemy spewed out by Jaws that lands inside a Bubble Barrier destroys the bubble and takes 14 extra damage.

Taya

The wind blows Taya’s way this Winter.

Taya has a great core kit but has been lacking creative battlerites. These changes should give her more strategic options when facing both ranged and melee opponents.

    • Wind Bomb creates a wind stream for up to 4s, allies who enter the stream are granted Haste.
  • (NEW) Gale
    • Wind Strike spawns a gale that slows projectiles for up to 2s.

    • X-Strike can be used on the move during Haste.

Round 2

  • (NEW) Wind Fury
    • Landing Wind Strike with Haste reapplies Haste.
  • Cross Cut
    • X-Strike intersect damage increased by 8.
  • (Moved to Round 2) Cold Wind
    • Razor Boomerangs thrown during Haste inflict a 0.5s fading snare.

Round 3

  • (Moved to Round 3) Cyclone
    • Enemies knocked into walls by Wind Strike are stunned for 1s.
  • (NEW) Breath of Air
    • Empowered Razor Boomerang first hits heals you for 6 health.
  • (Updated) Breeze
    • Target gains Haste when landing after a Tornado and cooldown is reduced by 5s.

Round 4

  • (Moved to Round 4) Tailwind
    • When Haste is cast nearby allies gain a 50% haste that lasts 2s.
  • (Moved to Round 4) Vortex
    • Wind Bomb spawns a vortex that pulls enemies towards its center for 1.5s.

    • Each Razor Boomerang hit reduces the cooldown of Haste by 0.4s.

Round 5

  • Tracking
    • Each Razor Boomerang hit while mounted extends the duration by 0.5s.
  • Pursuit
    • Gain 4 health per Razor Boomerang hit while mounted.

We have done additional smaller changes to some champions, but are taking it step-by-step at the moment since it is difficult to predict the effects the above changes will have.

Bakko

  • Shield Dash (E) / Heroic Charge (F)
    • Hitboxes additionally tweaked to better correspond with visuals.
  • Battlerites
    • Wall Slam
      • Tooltip now correctly shows Incapacitate instead of Stun.

Croak

  • Camouflage / Deceit (Q / EX Q)
    • You can now run through other players while in Camouflage / Deceit.

Jade

  • Stealth / Smoke Veil (Q / EX Q)
    • You can now run through other players while in Stealth or while affected by Smoke Veil.

Jumong

  • Seekers Arrow (EX M1)
    • Now has an Aim Preview.
  • Battlerites
    • Heart Seeker / Razor Claw
      • Removed unintentional snare on the Bleed.

Lucie

  • Healing Potion (M2)
    • Revitalize healing reduced from 8 to 6.

Oldur

Allgemeine Fixes & Änderungen


Gameplay:

  • korrekte HP sollten nun zwischen Runden zurückgesetzt werden
  • Fehler behoben, welcher Waffenladungen durch Nachladen reduzierte
  • Fehler behoben, welcher versehentlich den abgemounteten einen Snare Control Score gegeben hat anstatt dem, der es ausgelöst hat
  • Line of Sight Checks wurden entfernt während des Scrollens durch den Kampflog
  • Interrupt Knopf muss nun losgelassen werden, um erneut zu interrupten
  • Anzahl Zerstörungen des mittleren Orbs wird nun oben mittig eingeblendet
  • Fehler behoben, welcher Kollisionen von Projektilen nicht korrekt angezeigt hat

Championauswahl:

  • “Ready Up” wurde verbessert mit neuen Effekten und Designs
  • Ladabalken wird nun während des Champion-Ladens angezeigt
  • Teammitglieder und Mounts können nun rotiert werden

Odeum:

Ab sofort möglich:

  • Durchschalten durch ein Replay mit Pfeiltasten
